Ace Capital end league campaign with outright win

Ace Capital CC ended their Under 23 Emerging Club two-day cricket tournament league round campaign with an outright win when they crushed BRC by an innings and 92 runs at Reid Avenue which was their first win of the tournament.

BRC in reply to Ace Capital CC's score of 358 resuming from their overnight score of 11 for 1 was bowled out for 147 with Wanuja Sahan who bagged six scalps doing the damage. Made to follow-on and left with the task of erasing a deficit of 211 runs BRC fared no better as Trevin Mathew with his six wicket haul restricted them to 116 for 9.
