Ranee Ratnayeke is the Chairman and CEO of A & A International Opticians, Galle Road, Colpetty (est. 1994). Going forward she started the first fully computerised CR39 (Plastic) spectacles lens manufacturing plant in Sri Lanka
She is also the Past President of The Women's Chamber of Industry and Commerce,
Optometric Association of Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka Women's Conference, and of The BENELUX Business Council affiliated to the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
She is also a Member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Directors, Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing, and Soroptimist International, and has served as the Governor of the National Arbitration Center of Sti Lanka. Ratnayeke is a Founder Member of TMC and was recognised as the Woman Entrepreneur of Sri Lanka in 2000.
