Maliban wobbles, CDB undefeated at MCA Super Premier League Tournament 2025

2024 League Winner, Maliban Biscuits, after two wins, suffered their first defeat, in the hands of Citizens Development Business (CDB) by six wickets, whilst BBK Partnership after two defeats gained their first win, beating HNB by 128 runs in the ongoing 32nd Singer MCA Super Premier League Tournament 2025, continued on 10 September.

CDB now remains the only unbeaten team in the tournament with three wins on the trot and head the league points table.
In the third match, a sparkling 91 runs-off 67 balls, 11 fours and 4 sixes by Minod Bhanuka steered Hayleys Group to their second win, beating Fairfirst Insurance by four wickets.
