Darshana Gunasekera appointed Non-Executive Director at BOC

BANK of Ceylon has announced the appointment of Darshana Gunasekera as an Independent, Non-Executive Director to the Board with effect from 13 August 2025.
-
Gunasekera is a seasoned corporate executive with over 25 years of cross-sector leadership experience. He currently serves as Group Finance Director of the MJF Group and an Executive Director of Dilmah Ceylon Tea Company PLC. He joined Dilmah in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed to its Board in October 2020.
