Family says murdered law graduate should still be alive
THE murder of Zara Aleena "could and should have been prevented", her family said last night after an inquest found failings by multiple agencies contributed to her death.
The tragic law graduate, 35, was stamped on during a horrific sex by her killer John McSweeney - just nine days after he was let out of jail.
