CRYSTAL PALACE were left to rue missed chances as victory slipped through their fingers in the Conference League in Strasbourg.
Tyrick Mitchell gave them the lead on 35 minutes but Emanuel Emegha equalised early in the second half before Samir El Mourabet grabbed the winner.
Big chances went begging for the Eagles as Ismaila Sarr and Adam Wharton both struck the woodwork with an open goal gaping, and Yeremy Pino should have scored from close range.
