'Waspi' women say government has agreed to reconsider compensation

WASPI activists said they have been promised a “speedy and thorough” reconsideration by the government on whether to award them compensation.
Waspi protesters earlier this year
A hearing had been due today over concerns from the Women Against State Pension Inequality group, to decide if a judicial review trial on December 9-10 should proceed.
