A MIGRANT who had beaten up five of his girlfriends was still allowed to remain in the UK.
Hamilton Jorge Da Silva Pinho was judged to be a “risk of serious harm” after he hurled an electric heater and a steam mop at partners.
He threatened to throw acid at one woman and was subject to a restraining order over another until 2028, an asylum court heard.
