Marines call for more support against Putin
TWO brave Ukrainian marines who lost limbs fighting Vladimir Putin's invasion will take part in the London Marathon this weekend.
Heorhii Roshka, 32, and 28-year-old Major Oleksii Rudenko will be running with their amputee coach Slava Kulakovskyi having had just two months of training.
Heorhii joined up in 2017, fighting Russia following its illegal annexation of Crimea in 2014.
Then during the bloody siege of Mariupol in 2022 at the Azovstal iron and Steel Works a mine exploded injuring his leg.
Honour
He was patched up, but two months later another mine badly injured his hand.
