Toddler is one of two killed in park stabbing

A two-year-old child and a man aged 41 were killed and two others seriously injured in a stabbing at a German park.
Police arrested a 28-year-old Afghan asylum seeker shortly after yesterday morning's attack, said to have involved a kindergarten group, near the Bavarian city of Aschaffenburg.
Police said they had ruled out terrorism "with almost absolute certainty".
