Titan sub disaster triggers £40million lawsuit

THE family of one of five men killed in a sub implosion on a trip to see the Titanic have filed a wrongful death lawsuit - seeking more than £40million in damages.
French Titanic expert Paul-Henri Nargeolet was with three Britons and an American when the Titan vessel disintegrated on its way to view the wreck of the ill-fated liner in June last year.
No one survived the trip aboard the submersible owned by OceanGate, a US firm that has since suspended operations.
Known as "Mr Titanic", Nargeolet, 77, had visited the wreckage many times and was regarded as one of the world's most knowledgeable experts on it.
