Thousands of people take to the streets...chanting for the erasure of Israel...

The Home Secretary criticised the "chanting for the erasure of Israel from the map" at recent protests.

And she vowed to tighten anti-terror laws so dangerous extremists who "deliberately operate beneath the criminal threshold" can finally be punished.

A chant calling for an "intifada" (uprising) from "London to Gaza" was repeatedly heard at a huge pro-Palestinian rally attended by at least 100,000 people in London on Saturday It has prompted warnings that permitting such inflammatory language posed a "serious danger" to Britain's Jewish community.

Police remain under intense scrutiny after previous marches saw calls for "jihad" and "from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free".

Mrs Braverman lashed out after attending an emergency Cobra meeting chaired by Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on the crisis in the Middle East, in which it was confirmed the UK's terror threat remains "substantial".

She said: "We've seen now tens of thousands of people take to the streets following the massacre of Jewish people the single largest loss of Jewish life since the Holocaust - chanting for the erasure of Israel from the map,.

My urge for nightly toilet dashes are now out of control

I'm a 78-year-old woman and lately have been getting up three or four times in the night to use the toilet. It is not too much of a problem but I've noticed that by the time I get there, I have leaked, even though I get up as soon as I need to go. Last night, as I made my way to the bathroom, I wet myself so much it just gushed out of me, which is rather disturbing. I don't have the same in the day although I do feel the need to go, but don't do much. What do you suggest?
