HEROIC England thought the drama had peaked with their sudden-death penalty shoot-out against Sweden on Thursday, but they had to think again against Italy.
There was no shoot-out drama this time, but there was more than enough before then after Michelle Agyemang's lastgasp equaliser in normal time, before Chloe Kelly's winner near the end of extra-time showed the Lionesses were all heart yet again.

Williamson recovered from a rolled ankle in time to start, playing to the right of Morgan.
Alessia Russo had a half chance 20 minutes in, but it was the underdogs who took the lead just after the half-hour mark.
