Street killing followed row over teddy bear
A TEENAGER was yesterday found guilty of murdering a 15-year-old girl in a row over a teddy bear.
Hassan Sentamu, 18, had a history of attacking girls and carrying knives before he stabbed Elianne Andam in the neck in 2023.
Amid a public outcry at the killing, rap star Stormzy joined members of the community at a candlit vigil for Elianne, who wanted to become a human rights lawyer.
The prosecution told the Old Bailey that Sentamu had reacted to being splashed with water the day before.
He had lashed out at Elianne in a fit of "white hot" rage in a stand-off over him giving back a teddy bear to her friend after breaking up with her.
