It will be the crew who filmed every single second with the exception of loo breaks of their rehearsal sessions and the members of the production team who pored over and edited the footage.

As a Strictly alumna of 2013, I was astounded there were crew detailed to film absolutely every behind-the-scenes moment. Let’s face it: those hours of trying, and in my case failing, to master a heel-turn or reverse step hardly make riveting viewing. I couldn’t help thinking that these hours of dreary filming were a chronic waste of time and money.
