Start in for a penny and save pounds

IF YOU'RE anything like me, you'll start the new year off with a heap of ambitions and goals. Then gradually as the months pass, nearly all of them fall by the wayside.

Possibly because the goals have always been a bit too ambitious, like learning an instrument or a new language from scratch - Welsh is quite hard, isn't it? This year, I'm choosing not to shoot for the stars, but I do plan to put a few more pennies away.
