Sir Keir's warning to yobs terrorising Britain's streets

SIR Keir Starmer has promised to get tough on yobs who terrorise Britain's streets if he wins the race to become Prime Minister.

The Labour leader vowed "no one will be above the law in a Britain that I lead" as he set out his crimeblitz blueprint.

Writing in the Daily Express today, Sir Keir says "no crime or misdemeanour will be brushed under the carpet" under a Labour government.

The former Director of Public Prosecutions is determined to shed a perception he is soft on crime.

Cracking down on "rampant" anti-social behaviour is chief among his priorities, he said.
