JOURNEYMAN FEELS AT HOME AMONG ELITE
FOR a youngster who was once scoring goals for Bath City in the National League South, Antoine Semenyo has come a long way.
A £10million move to Bournemouth after five years at Bristol City which included loan spells at Bath, Newport and Sunderland - has taken his career to another level.
And today the 23-year-old hopes to top his goal in front of Liverpool's Kop this season by scoring at the Stretford End.
The forward silenced Anfield in August by scoring after three minutes before the Cherries succumbed to a 3-1 defeat.
That strike set the tone for Semenyo's season and he has been one of his team's standout performers.
He admits the Anfield goal is a career highlight and another in front of his Manchester United-supporting friends would sit alongside it.
