FOOTBALL legend Graeme Souness will swim the Channel twice - months after an emergency heart operation.
FOOTBALL legend Graeme Souness will swim the Channel twice - months after an emergency heart operation.
The former Liverpool midfielder will join a six-man relay team who will swim from England to France and back next month.
The 42-mile marathon will raise money for charity DEBRA which helps people with the rare skin condition epidermolysis bullosa.
Scot Souness, 71, first swam the Channel in 2023 when he raised £1.5million for DEBRA.
Horrendous
The relay team also includes four ex-royal marines and the father of EB sufferer Isla Grist, 16, who supported Souness during his previous swim.
