Sesko came off the bench to seal a thrilling win for United after Fulham had looked like wrecking Carrick's dream start as boss by roaring back from two goals down at Old Trafford.
And the delighted interim manager claimed their £73 million summer signing can now start living up to his hefty price tag after working with firstteam coach Travis Binnion to fine tune.
