Klopp-row official faces trial over claims
FORMER Premier League referee David Coote has pleaded not guilty to making an indecent image of a child.
He appeared in court yesterday charged over allegations relating to a video which has been put in category A, the most serious.
Coote, 43, spoke only to confirm his name and date of birth and to enter his plea during the 18-minute hearing.
The charge of making an indecent image refers to activities such as downloading, sharing or saving abuse photos or videos.
Bail
The allegation against Coote relates to a video recovered by police in February, before he was charged on August 12.
