A WOMAN whose home has been hit by three cars in four years has put up homemade "bear warning" signs to slow drivers.
Penny Ballinger, 68, said her house and garden have been repeatedly damaged by vehicle smashes.
She said she has asked for the 40mph speed limit to be reduced to 30mph, but with no joy.
