Putin crony's prime-time anti-British propaganda

RUSSIANS are being taught to hate Britain thanks to twisted prime-time history lessons from a leading TV propagandist.

Presenter Vladimir Solovyov told viewers on state TV that the UK is a “completely satanic state”, criticising London for helping Ukraine’s resistance in the war.

And his broadcasts include bizarre historic rants. One referenced Queen Elizabeth I’s reported refusal to marry notorious Russian leader Ivan the Terrible.

Solovyov, Vladimir Putin’s top propagandist, told his audience: “Britain has always hated us, simply because Ivan the Terrible once proposed to marry that *****, A completely satanic state.”

He also turned his attacks towards King George V and Winston Churchill.

Moving on to the 19th century, the broadcaster insisted: “Let me remind you that the Crimean War was Britain’s fault.

“Let me remind you that intervention was Britain’s fault.”
