HUNGARY'S pro-Kremlin prime minister Viktor Orban, the new president of the European Union, arrived in Kyiv yesterday for talks with Volodymyr Zelensky.
It was the first time since Moscow's invasion that Mr Orban, the most Russia-positive leader in the EU and a critic of military aid to Ukraine, has visited the troubled nation.
