Prevent 'not being used properly for violent youth'

ANTI-radicalisation scheme Prevent is failing to stop young people "fixated on violence" without an ideology, says former attorney general Dominic Grieve.
A three-year review found the programme is being used too widely.
The Independent Commission on UK Counter-Terrorism Law, Policy and Practice said the definition of terrorism is too broad and "extends beyond acts of violence or serious threat".
