Catherine the great hostess as she salutes World Cup winners
THE Princess of Wales made sure England's World Cup-winning rugby women's team had a grand day out at Windsor Castle despite their bus breaking down on the way.
The reception yesterday was to congratulate the players on their glorious success at Twickenham in September.
They were due to have a tour of the castle but this had to be cancelled due to the transport hiccup. However, Catherine ensured they made fantastic memories.
Beaming Catherine, 44, channelled the team's Red Roses nickname as she hosted as patron of the Rugby Football Union, sporting a stunning scarlet suit with matching shoes.
