ERIK TEN HAG has backed £86million flop Antony to prove his worth - but warned the winger only he can save his Manchester United career.
The Brazilian has started just one of United's past eight games and overlooked in favour of 19-year-old Omari Forson, who started ahead of him in Saturday's 2-1 home defeat by Fulham.
was Antony, who is without a goal or assist in 20 Premier League games this season, came off the bench nine minutes into stoppage time at Old Trafford.
He is expected to remain on the bench for tonight's FA Cup tie at Nottingham Forest, a measure of his spectacular fall from grace since becoming the second most expensive signing in United's history.
