"My lower back pain disappeared!"

I used to walk to and from work every day, and occasionally I'd also collect children from school, without any problems. But three years ago, I noticed that walking was becoming more of a struggle. I started to get pains in my lower back and down to my feet. Over the next two years, the pain got worse and worse, to the point where I dreaded going for a walk.
