BRUNO FERNANDES is set to extend his ironman season tonight in Portugal’s opening Euro 2024 qualifier against Liechtenstein.
The Manchester United midfielder has played 51 games for club and country this season, more than any other player in world football.
Fernandes has clocked up 3,841 minutes this season for his club. United goalkeeper David De Gea, above, is next on the list with 3,780, with Real Madrid winger Vinicius Jr third on 3,600.
