Man held after woman, 91, and daughter found dead

TRIBUTES have been paid to a 91-year-old woman after she was found dead in her home along with her daughter.
A 68-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of two murders after police were called to the bungalow in Cheadle, Staffordshire.
The two women were named locally yesterday as Joyce Wilshaw, 91, and her daughter Karen, 63.
Shocked residents on the quiet road described widowed Joyce as a "lovely woman": Neighbours said she was joined at the home by her daughter several years ago, and she was often seen being pushed through Cheadle in a wheelchair.
Karen was said to be a prominent member of Leek Golf Club, about eight miles away from the property.
