Majority of junior docs accept 22% pay offer

JUNIOR doctors in England have voted to accept a Government pay offer that is worth 22.3% on average over two years.
The British Medical Association said 66% of those voting backed it.
The deal will increase junior doctors' pay by between 3.71% and 5.05% - an average of 4.05% on top of their existing award for 2023-24. It is backdated to April last year.
