DANCING around your kitchen for 20 minutes every morning is enough to reap health benefits, experts say.
Adults should take part in 150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous intensity exercise each week, according to current guidelines.
Researchers recruited 48 people to investigate how much time you would need to spend casually dancing for it to be moderate exercise.
