KING DISCUSSES 'ACUTE' HUMANITARIAN CRISIS WITH CHARITIES DURING PALACE VISIT

THE King yesterday met with representatives of charities based in Gaza to "discuss the acute humanitarian situation".
He gave an audience at Buckingham Palace to hear from five organisations operating in the 141-square-mile Gaza Strip.
Two million people are at risk there after more than 7,000 were killed in Israeli attacks, which followed Hamas' raids on the Jewish state that left 1,400 dead.
