RED ROSES HANDED FINAL TIP
WORLD CUP winner Sarah Hunter has urged England to take a chill pill as they prepare for their day of destiny at Twickenham on Saturday.
The Red Roses face Canada at the weekend having lost five out of the last six finals - with their last win coming against the Maple Leafs in 2014.
Hunter, now an assistant coach with the side, played in four of them showpiece events - stretching back to 2010 - including the dramatic last-gasp defeat to New Zealand in 2022 in Auckland.
The former back rower is hoping her World Cup know-how, of beating the Canadians in the final in Paris 11 years ago, can rub off on her charges this weekend.
