JK Rowling hits back in gender row with boxer

JK Rowling has doubled down in the row over the controversial women's gold medallist boxer Imane Khelif.
The Harry Potter author was recently named in a lawsuit by the boxer in France following comments over the Olympian's gender.
The normally prolific commentator on social media did not post for more than two weeks or respond to the lawsuit.
But she spoke out on X yesterday after a viral video showed the Algerian boxer, 25, in a floral outfit, pink eyeliner and lip gloss, proudly displaying her medal.
