Anderson admits mulling over decision to quit England scene
JIMMY ANDERSON has admitted to second thoughts over his impending Test retirement.
The 41-year-old will retire from international cricket after July's Lord's Test against West Indies and has accepted the reality of the situation, but still feels like he can go on for England.
"In my head I feel like I could play for 10 years," said Anderson. "Obviously, I realise that is not realistic. Some days I wake up and wish I was not retiring but then 90 percent of the time I'm happy with it."
Anderson has yet to decide whether to play on for Lancashire after his Lord's swansong.
