Kennedy close to return for Cheltenham Festival
JACK KENNEDY is winning the race to be fit for the Cheltenham Festival.
The 25-year-old has been out of action since breaking his leg for the sixth time in a fall at Fairyhouse on November 30.
Kennedy, whose 10 Festival successes include the 2021 Cheltenham Gold Cup aboard Minella Indo, has been undergoing rehabilitation at the Racing Academy & Centre of Education at the Curragh and returned to the saddle to ride out for boss Gordon Elliott this week.
