'I've got big plans' said arrested teen

DETAILS of the teenage Islamic State terror cell that planned to unleash slaughter at a Taylor Swift concert have emerged, after a third suspect was arrested.
The alleged ringleader, 19, was held on Wednesday in his home town of Ternitz, 50 miles from the Austrian capital, Vienna, where the shows were due to take place.
Security officials said he aimed to kill "a large crowd" in a suicide attack.
The teenager, an Austrian citizen who had previously pledged allegiance to Islamic State, confessed that he "intended to carry out an attack using explosives and knives", authorities claim.
Substances
He was "clearly radicalised in the direction of the Islamic State and thinks it is right to kill infidels", according to Omar Haijawi-Pirchner, head of Austria's directorate of state security and intelligence.
