AN IRA bombing victim who sued Gerry Adams has said he is "devastated" after the High Court claim was discontinued.

- BY CALLUM PARKE

Barry Laycock, a victim of the 1996 Arndale centre bombing in Manchester, joined 1973 Old Bailey bombing victim John Clark and 1996 London Docklands victim Jonathan Ganesh in suing the ex-Sinn Fein leader for £1.

They alleged he was a member of the Provisional IRA at the time.
