President Biden leads condemnation of 'stomach-turning' massacre in Israel
BARBARIC terrorists from Hamas beheaded babies and slaughtered 40 children, horrified Israeli soldiers claim.
Army officer David Ben Zion said last night: "They chopped heads of children and women." Major General Itai Veruv added that families were tied up and butchered in Kfar Aza by raiders from Gaza.
The Israel Defence Forces commander said: "You see the babies, the mothers, the fathers, in their bedrooms.
"It's not a war. It's not a battlefield. It's a massacre." The "war crime" was condemned by US President Joe Biden. He said: "There are moments in this life...when a pure, unadulterated evil is unleashed on this world.
"The people of Israel lived through one such moment this weekend. Parents butchered using their bodies to try to protect their children. Stomach-turning reports of babies being killed. Entire families slain.
"Young people massacred while attending a musical festival to celebrate peace...women assaulted, paraded as trophies."
Referring to his conversation with Israeli PM Benjamin raped, Netanyahu, Mr Biden added: "I told him 'If the United States experienced what you're experiencing, our response would be swift, decisive and overwhelming"."
Israeli soldiers reportedly found the bodies of 40 youngsters as they regained control of the Kfar Aza kibbutz, one of the last settlements to be wrested back from Hamas invaders and now the site of the biggest loss of civilian life to terrorists in the country's history.
His eyes red-rimmed, Maj Gen Veruv said at the settlement's entrance: "I've served as a combat soldier and officer for 39 years.
