You couldn't really tick many more boxes, especially if you're a cricket lover, as England legend Stuart Broad confirms.

"When you think about the selling points of the apartments, obviously the view is right up there, but quality and specification is really important as well.

"You get the swimming pool, gym, sauna and cinema, and in my mind, I am thinking you could watch cricket from the communal area with a group of friends and then nip down for the highlight show in the cinema in the evening.

Stuart Broad is an ambassador for Halo, so he would say that. But he's not wrong and the impressive new homes don't just have Surrey County Cricket Club's ground in their sights.
