City star looking to revive flagging career at Everton
JACK GREALISH is poised to end his Manchester City nightmare with a season-long loan move to Everton.
The England winger has had a medical ahead of the switch, which Everton can make permanent at the end of the season for £50 million.
It is understood both clubs struck a deal after the Toffees agreed to fund up to half of Grealish's £300,000-a-week wages.
