Cromwell to refit blinkers on Stumptown
GRAND NATIONAL favourite Stumptown will wear blinkers in the world’s most famous steeplechase at Aintree on Saturday, his trainer Gavin Cromwell revealed yesterday.
The eight-year-old, William Hill’s 15-2 market leader for the Randox-sponsored marathon, responded to the fitting of blinkers to score at Cheltenham on New Year’s Day in 2024.
