French wasting migrant millions on horse brigade, microwaves and hoovers

MONEY given to France to end the Channel migrant crisis is being wasted on everyday items, analysts claimed yesterday.
Paris has spent British taxpayers cash on vacuum cleaners, microwaves and mobile phone chargers, figures have revealed.
Around £40million handed over to the French government to stop migrants has been used properly to purchase new equipment.
But records revealed that some of the money has been squandered on unrelated objects.
The Politico analysis also showed £130,383 has gone on a horse brigade in the Baie de Somme, buying riding boots and helmets plus care for the animals.

The French also bought mobile phone adapters and other household goods, it is alleged.
