RACHEL Watkyn OBE, founder of the Tiny Box Company, has warned of the damaging effects of the Budget on smaller businesses.
She said her firm, an online e-commerce packaging retailer, has already faced significant challenges, made worse by Rachel Reeves's financial statement.
Rachel, 53, noticed trade cooling in the two months before it was even announced.
She explained: "The scaremongering of a harsh Budget seemed to have stopped discretionary spending overnight." The economy shrank by 0.1% for a second consecutive month in October.
