HE MIGHT be a sure-footed star on the football pitch but England's Bukayo Saka appears to have trouble staying on his feet on the golf course much to the amusement of his teammates.
The Arsenal midfielder won the applause of the Three Lions with a fine tee shot at their Euro 2024 training camp last week.
But as he lapped up the accolades, he tripped over a golf bag and landed flat on his face, while the squad fell about laughing.
HeroFortunately only his pride was hurt and got up with a big grin. He went on to score England's equaliser and again in the penalty shoot-out in their quarter-final victory over Switzerland in Dusseldorf on Saturday.
England's media team posted footage of Saka's fall on X yesterday with the caption: "From hero to zero... Never change Bukayo Saka."
