But it was no stress for Good Morning Britain host Kate Garraway as she arrived at ITV's London studios.

Later, a fully crimped Kate emerged in a glitzy red dress for an evening out.

The curler-clad mum of two, 57, was seen getting out of a minivan carrying three bags, including a cream shopper bearing her initials.
