Commuting gripes that drive us all mad

But our number one frustration when catching the Tube, train or bus is an all too familiar one for most of us delays.

Rush hour crowds, people coughing or sneezing and passengers playing videos on their phone were also cited as pet hates.

Predictably, fare increases were named as a major gripe.
