'Chicken chain drunk morons' trademark row

A COURT feud between two fried chicken bosses has sparked controversy after a top judge was accused of branding the average late-night customer a “drunk, tired and hungry moron in a hurry”.
The lengthy legal row is centred on trademark infringement claims by bosses of cult 100-strong South London fried chicken chain Morley’s against competitor Metro's.
Morley’s has been referenced by writers and rappers such as Stormzy, who filmed a video inside one of its branches.
