BEN Shephard has said leaving Good Morning Britain for This Morning has been the "hardest decision" because of his rapport with his co-presenter Kate Garraway.
He and Cat Deeley have been unveiled as the new hosts of the ITV daytime show following the departure of Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby last year.
They will front the show on Mondays to Thursdays from next month. Alison Hammond, 49, and Dermot O'Leary, 50, will host the show on Fridays.
